Another day worth celebrating!

Lausanne
Last night was a grand performance of the prodigal son by "Heartbridge" on the streets of Ouchy. Many great conversations took place, five people were prayed for (sick family members, etc.) and multiple people rededicated their lives to the Lord. On top of this, hearing the news that five people came to know the Lord for the first time last night as a result of us being obedient, was indeed something to clap about!
Coach Powers led us into a time of praising the Lord with our bodies - the strength of our claps, remembering that the Lord asks us to serve him with all of our body as well.
We were honored with the words of Darlene Cunningham again today as she shared about "Raising Leaders". She hooked her audience with a story, told only as wonderful as Darlene can tell, about the significant role the Holy Spirit plays in preparing us for what lies ahead. She mmodeledthe joining of the prophetic and the apostolic as she recounted the things that have been prophetically spoken and proclaimed how we proceed. Topics addressed were our tongues (unity), economy, fellowship, teams, and strength in the Lord, all of which we then prayed into as small groups.
Another special blessing today was seeing Kona join with us for the graduation of 25 University of the Nations students, earning degrees from four different colleges: the College of Counseling and Health Care, the College of Communication, the College of Humanities and International Studies, and the College of Christian Ministries. Originating from 15 nations and having ccumulativelystudied in 64 nations, it truly was undeniable that "this this a University of the NATIONS!" (David Hamilton)
Seeing native dress, family and friends supporting those graduating and hearing testimonies of how these studies have changed their lives, was indeed memorable.
This evening was a time to worship and praise the Lord for who He is. Tom Bloomer shared something the Lord had put strongly on his heart: The first was that "many are striking the branches of the tree of injustices but few are striking at the root." And secondly, "we need God`s holy indignation... for the greatest injustice in the universe is that God is accused of being unjust." He then lead us in to a time, divided into groups of 3-5, to share if the Lord has put on our hearts any group that have yet to be seen through the eyes of God, and if not, to ask the Lord to share one with us. It was a very ffruitfultime of encouraging others, joining together and opening ourselves to be used by God in new ways. Out of faith we believe that many ministries will be birthed out of revelations that were received and confirmed tonight!
Now the only thing to do is be obedient in taking action and moving forward in what He`s asked of us. Let`s be a part of something great, change the world and fulfill God`s dreams!
